A Microwave Power Module (MPM) is an electronic device used to produce RF signals. The MPM consist of a RF amplifying section coupled with Electric Power Conditioner (EPC). MPMs are integrated with protection circuits to make a High Power Amplifier (HPA), which commonly are used as amplifiers in satellite communication and terrestrial communication devices.
The MPM, Mini TWT coupled with a high voltage EPC is a new solution for microwave amplifying devices.
